I'm a huge fan of animal print and leopard in particular has appeared rather a lot of late on my blog in the form of the Kaleidoscope jacquard animal print jacket that I've been wearing.
I find all animal print to be an excellent neutral, working with most styles and colour palettes and shoes and bags in particular often come in a leopard pony skin, so adding texture as well as interest to an outfit
Not everyone wants to wear leopard print from top to toe so as with most things, it's easy to dip that same toe into a particular trend by adding a few well-chosen accessories.
We all know I love my scarves. These are available from my online accessories boutique, Lizzy O, in two colours- mustard and green.
This leopard and diamante double wrap bracelet is also from Lizzy O and is a nice way of adding a touch of sparkle too- daytime or evening.
A statement shoe can transform the simplest of outfits and they needn't be vertiginous heels to make a statement. Flats and boots can be equally showstopping...
...Although these sexy double strap pointy heels from Marks and Spencer are hard to beat.
I wore mine recently with wide-legged trousers and a romantic lace blouse and can't wait to wear them again, perhaps with skinny jeans and I'm sure they'll look stunning with any number of my dresses.
There are some beautiful variations and colourways around too and a lot of places are offering mid-season reductions. Boden in particular has an excellent range of separates and accessories, as well as the shoes above as does Great Plains, a selection of which below.
